Alessandro Giacomelli, group sales & marketing director, has decided to leave Metra to pursue other opportunities outside our company. As per Thursday April 24th, the following changes have become effective.
Francesco Bongiovanni, director business unit Rail, will assume the responsibility of the Industrial commercial activities, as Vice President – Sales, Marketing and Projects Rail and Industry. Although we will remain committed to the brand strategies of both Rail & Industry, this will be an opportunity to create synergies within the organization and create an even stronger presence in the European market.
I would like to wish Francesco lots of success in his new role and thank Alessandro for this commitment to METRA over the last years.
